The State of Israel the antitrust authority (hereinafter: the office) offers the information on this on-line site/internet site (hereinafter: the service) pursuant to the following terms. The term "User" as follows shall mean each person who establishes or accesses a connection to the service.

The service is provided to the public "as is". The State of Israel shall not be held liable for the suitability of the service to User's needs. Nor shall the State of Israel be held liable for any error or mistake found in the material provided by the service.

For the purpose of the above terms, "The State of Israel" includes it's employees and agents and the civil-service committee employees and agents.
